A yoga class that balances the physical poses with the other limbs of yoga in order to promote a health body, mind and spirit.
- Dates: 2024 Winter Classes are Saturday Mornings - January 6th, 13th & 20th and February 10th & 24th and March 2nd
- Location: Club Room on the upper level of The Rec
- Time: 8:30am - 9:30am
- Fee:$5 per session (sign up for each session individually).
- Instructor: Dianne Wilging
- Maximum members: 16 people per session
- Age: 18 years old and up
Must sign up the Thursday before the Saturday session you will be attending.
