Electric Service

Alliant Energy provides electric service to residents in the City of Clinton. 

Eastern Iowa Light and Power Cooperative ("REC") provides electric service to some rural residents in the City of Clinton.

Gas Service

Alliant Energy provides gas service to residents in the City of Clinton.

Water Service

Iowa American Water provides water to residents in the City of Clinton.

Sewer Service

The City of Clinton provides wastewater treatment and sewer service for residents in the City of Clinton. Once residents create an account with Iowa American Water, information is forwarded to the City of Clinton from Iowa American Water. Invoices are sent out monthly.

Garbage/Refuse, Recycling and Yard Waste Collection

The City of Clinton provides weekly garbage/refuse collection. The City provides recycling collection every other week. The City provides yard waste collection from spring to fall each year. Invoices are sent out monthly.

There a variety of phone, television and internet service providers. Residents are encouraged to reach out to whatever provider would best meet their needs.
