Pat Determan was sworn in on August 23, 2022 to fill a vacant At-Large Councilmember seat. Pat is a lifelong Clinton resident. Pat has been the owner and operator of Lyons Filling Station in the Lyons District since 2006. Pat and his wife Ellen have three children (two sons and one daughter). Ellen had a gift basket shop in the Lyons District for 13 years.
